THE MICRO WEDDING PACKAGE
This is perfect for a wedding couple and their closest friends and family, up to 10 guests. Starting at $800, this package includes two hours for a private ceremony. It features pre-ceremony wedding party suites for dressing only, an on-site coordinator, a bridal cake, light refreshments, a bouquet and boutonnière, and music provided for the wedding and reception. Light refreshments include sparkling cider, cheese straws, and vegetable cups. You may bring your own officiant and photographer or use our preferred vendors for an additional charge.
THE INTIMATE WEDDING PACKAGE
This package is designed for small, intimate gatherings of 50 guests or fewer. Ideal for couples who prefer simplicity with celebration in a romantic setting, it starts at $2,300 and includes five hours for rehearsal and wedding activities. The package includes pre-ceremony dressing suites, an on-site wedding coordinator, bridal and groom cakes, light refreshments, table decorations, a bridal bouquet, two attendant bouquets, a groom boutonnière, two attendant boutonnieres, and music for the ceremony and reception. Light refreshments include sparkling cider, cheese straws, chicken salad cups, and vegetable cups. You may bring your own officiant and photographer or use ours for an additional fee.
ERMA’S WEDDING PACKAGE
WEDDING AND RECEPTION INCLUDED
This is our most popular package, ideal for mid-size weddings of up to 100 guests. Designed to provide a spectacular and stress-free experience, Erma’s Package is priced at $7,000 and includes 12-hour access to the venue on the day of the event, plus access the morning of for rehearsal. It features the bridal and groom suites with showers, entertainment, and a hair/makeup bar for your beauticians (to be coordinated and paid by the wedding party). A light lunch and snacks are provided in both suites. An on-site coordinator will be assigned to ensure everything runs smoothly. The package includes tables and chairs for the reception, catering tables, access to the catering kitchen, and full use of the banquet and ballroom. Also included are a buffet-style catered meal (menu selected by the couple), bridal and groom cakes, table decorations, stage décor, a bridal bouquet, three attendant bouquets, four boutonnieres, and a music playlist for both the wedding and rehearsal. Additional charges may apply for officiant, photography, or extra florals.
CHARLENE’S WEDDING PACKAGE
WEDDING AND RECEPTION INCLUDED
This package is for wedding parties of 200 or less. This is the largest, most comprehensive package for a “no-stress’ weekend. We handle everything for you.
This includes the use of the venue for ½ day rehearsal/rehearsal dinner and full day for wedding and reception. You have access to the entire building, along with the bridal suites, bridal hair bar, groom rooms, and showers. Your beauticians have access to the bridal/makeup bar for both days, The Groom Rooms are complimentary for the day, with a host of games and entertainment available. Showers are also available for both suites. A light lunch and snacks are provided for the bridal/groom suites. This event will have an onsite coordinator assigned to ensure everything runs smoothly. The package includes tables, chairs, linens for the reception, catering tables, access to the catering kitchen, and use of the banquet and ball room and dance floor. A catered buffet style meal will be provided for the rehearsal dinner and the wedding reception (menu options to be selected by wedding party), The Bridal Cake/Table, the Grooms Cake/Table, stage décor, bridal bouquet, 5 attendants bouquets, 6 boutonnieres, table décor and flowers, all included. The music play list for dancing is also provided or can be customized by the party.

Designed for couples who prefer a church or alternate venue for their ceremony, Erma’s Reception Only Package provides six hours of access to the banquet and ballroom. This $4,000 all-inclusive package includes a catered meal (menu selected by the couple), bridal and groom cakes, table decorations, a music playlist, and a dance floor.
CHARLENE’S RECEPTION ONLY PACKAGE
For those who prefer an alternate ceremony location but want to host a grand reception for up to 200 guests, this all-inclusive $6,000 package includes six hours of access to the banquet and ballroom. It features a catered meal (menu selected by the couple), bridal and groom cakes, table decorations, a music playlist, and a dance floor.

TIMELINE

Step 1: Request a Tour
Book a personal dedicated tour at your convenience. This can be done online by clicking here or you may call 334-327-8582.

Step 2: Pre-book Meeting
This optional meeting is to revisit the venue and answer any questions you may have about your specific preferences.

Step 3: Contract
We will send you a contract via email. Once you return your signed contract along with your 25% non-refundable deposit, your date is reserved.

Step 4: Pre-event planning meeting
We will have a pre-event planning meeting with the venue director and the wedding coordinator. During this meeting we will confirm your set up preferences, menu, add on services, and any other services you may need. We will have this meeting one to two months before the wedding.

Step 5: Last Call
2-3 weeks before your big day, we are going to send you your preferences sheet. Everything we discussed in our prior meetings will be documented and this is your opportunity to make any changes that are reasonable to do. We would prefer this meeting be in person so we can walk through and ensure everything will be perfect for your big day. FaceTime is also an option for our “out of towners.”
